Tidara Tech LLC ("Tidara", "we", "us") runs Tidara Personal, an automated text-message assistant service. This page explains what we send, how you signed up, and how to stop it. Reply STOP at any time and it stops. Message and data rates may apply; reply HELP for help.
Tidara Personal is an automated AI assistant you talk to by text message. When you sign up, we create an assistant for you and it messages you from a Tidara number. It is not a person, and it will tell you so if you ask. A real person (Joe) is available by texting HUMAN.
Either by completing the sign-up form at tidaratech.com/personal-trial.html, ticking the consent box, and confirming a 6-digit code sent to your phone, or by texting HI to a Tidara number and replying YES to the consent question. We record the time and wording of your consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Messages may include links (for example, to connect your Google account or to a secure payment page hosted by Stripe). We never send marketing for other companies, and we never share your number.
Message frequency varies with how you use it. A typical day is one briefing plus whatever you and the assistant say to each other. Account messages are rare, a handful across a whole trial. There is a monthly usage limit (1,500 messages and 150 photos on a paid plan; 400 messages and 40 photos on a trial), and the assistant tells you when you're near it.
Tidara Personal is free for a 14-day trial, then $24 per month (or $240 per year) if you choose to continue. Nothing is charged unless you complete the payment page yourself. Add-on packs and household members cost extra and are only added when you ask by text. Separately, your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply.
STOP — ends all messages immediately. Your assistant pauses. It asks you to confirm first.The assistant is built and run by Tidara Tech LLC on our own servers, using a leading AI language model provider to generate its replies and Twilio to deliver messages. Reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation text and nothing further. You can also email [email protected] and ask us to remove your number, which we'll do. You don't have to say why.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are available to US mobile numbers on participating carriers.
Your number, your name and what you tell us stay in our own records and are never sold, rented or shared for marketing. How we handle everything else, including what your assistant holds and how to have it deleted, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
